Jonathan Bahe is a leader of workplace design at NBBJ, a global architecture and design firm. A Senior Associate and Corporate Market Leader, he is an expert on the impact of design on human capital and performance. Partnering with clients on the development of real estate and workplace strategies that support their business, he is a powerful advocate for the integration of design and strategy for NBBJ clients around the country. Working with clients such as Zillow, Bungie, Swedish Health Services, Converse, Google, Moss Adams, and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, he leads teams that create workplaces that are healthy, productive and prepared for the future.

Teresa is a serial problem solver. Whether it’s discovery, design, testing or implementation, Teresa believes there is a better way to do everything. In a career spanning nearly 4 decades in the industry, she draws from a wide range of experience in architecture, information technology, information design, application development, finance and operations management to lead our Applied Research and Innovation team.

Outside the office, Teresa is a member of the Board of Directors of the Museum of Design Atlanta and Chattahoochee Handweavers Guild. A long-time maker and artist in many media, she spends most of her spare time exploring, teaching and promoting hand weaving.

Dave Gilmore is president and CEO of DesignIntelligence. He is a strategist facilitating strategy design, creating organizational constructs, managing merger and acquisition transactions, supporting deal funding, executing strategic and operational plans, and supporting executive decision makers. He also serves as managing director of The Tricord Group in Atlanta.

Luis Rico-Gutierrez is Dean of the College of Design, Iowa State University. Previously, he taught Urban and Computer Aided Design at Monterrey Tech University, Queretaro Campus, Mexico. At that time, he conceived and directed the “Distance Studio”, grouping students from CMU and Monterrey Tech into teams that made active use of videoconferencing for synchronous collaborative work and web based tools for asynchronous activities. In 1996, he joined Carnegie Mellon’s School of Architecture, becoming a key player in the Urban Laboratory teaching graduate and undergraduate students to work with citizens, public agencies, and the private investment sector in making recommendations to improve the quality of life in our cities. In 2006, Luis Rico-Gutierrez was named Director of the Remaking Cities Institute (RCI) where he directed research and created new programs. He now sits on the RCI's international advisory board.

Sharon Haar, FAIA, NOMA is professor and former chair of Architecture at Taubman College, University of Michigan. Her current research investigates the role of entrepreneurship, design innovation, and global networking in the transformation of architectural practices devoted to social activism. Her publications include: The City as Campus: Urbanism and Higher Education in Chicago and Schools for Cities: Urban Strategies. She previously taught at Parsons School of Design and University of Illinois at Chicago where she was professor of architecture and associate dean for research at the College of Architecture, Design, & the Arts. She is currently the second vice president of the Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture.

A skilled manager, Lauren has played a critical role on several of KPF’s projects around the world. She was Job Captain for Al Bateen Wharf, a mixed-use project in Abu Dhabi, and 175 Park Avenue, a repositioning project in New Jersey. She was also involved in 30 North Colonnade at Canary Wharf in London, a 16-story office tower. In New York City, Lauren is Project Manager for 55 Hudson Yards, an important piece of the larger master plan at Hudson Yards.
